Unopened goods in resalable condition may be returned within the posted window with proof of purchase; a restocking charge may apply to freight items. Opened rolls, cut goods, and special-order items are generally not returnable — membranes and tapes cannot be resold once unwrapped. Damaged or incorrect shipments are our problem, not yours: report them within the posted window and we make it right. Start any return with the order desk so it arrives with a return authorization.
